These wonderful olive oils are grown and produced locally. The oils are cold pressed with the actual fruit and herbs pressed with them. No flavorings here. We have tried many oils and find these to be of superior quality. They pair especially well with our vinegar. The key to using a fine California olive oil is to whisk very well with the vinegar.
We use the blender when making our dressings with these oils and we usually recommend a 60% vinegar to 40% oil blend. We hope you love them as much as we do.
