Italian vinegar also makes an amazing marinade. Put any cut of steak into a ziplock along with two tablespoons Italian vinegar per steak. Let set 2 hours. Salt and pepper and throw on the grill. It makes any cut extremely tender. The herbs are infused with the vinegar. MMMMMm
