Our Pacific Spice fruit vinegar starts with organic kiwis grown on our neighbors farm. The spice comes from special chili's we grow. This has a nice citrus flavor up front with some chili pepper heat on the back end. Great on Asian noodles. Marinade chicken or pork. Great over seafood or grilled chicken salads. We love this in ceviche. Enjoy!
